3. Start Application
We collect some personal information to kick-start the application process.
3b. Submit Bio
We'd like to get to know you! This gives us an idea of what your needs are and what you do in the marketplace.
3c. Letter of Recommendation
You will need a letter of recommendation submitted. The below link will be e-mailed to the individual you identified in your Young professional Application. We would recommend sending the below link to that individual as well.
4. Interviews
We will reach out and ask you to conduct 2 separate interviews with a Mature Professional and an existing Young Professional.
It's important to have both the Application and Bio submitted before the interviews, as this allows our interviewers to understand you and your needs prior to the call.
Any interviews scheduled without an Application and Bio submitted will be canceled.
Follow the link below and find a time that works for you to schedule 2 separate interviews.
